Employee Copies. The Union and the employee will receive a copy of all memoranda sent to the Fire Chief and/or appearing in the employee's personnel file documenting or constituting disciplinary or counseling actions, except where an employee requests that same not be sent to the Union.

Employee Copies. The contents of personnel records shall be made available to the employee for inspection and review at the time of his/her appointment. At an employee’s request, he or she shall be provided one (1) copy of any or all documents posted in the employee’s file.

  • Employee Coverage For employee dental coverage, the Employer contributes an amount equal to the lesser of ninety percent (90%) of the employee premium of the State Dental Plan, or the actual employee premium of the dental plan chosen by the employee.   • Employee Workload ‌ The Employer shall ensure that an employee’s workload is not unsafe as a result of employee absence(s). Employees may refer safety related workload concerns to the Occupational Health and Safety Committee for investigation under Article 22.3 (Occupational Health and Safety Committee).
