EMPLOYEE CONCERNS PROGRAM. An Employee Concern is defined as a good faith expression by a concerned individual that (1) an activity, policy, or practice including but not limited to, the environment, safety, health, security, quality, and management of DOE facilities and/or operations, should be improved, modified, or terminated or (2) an employee has been subjected to harassment, intimidation, retaliation/reprisal, or discrimination for raising an Employee Concern. An Employee Concern should not be a minor grievance or suggestion that can be informally addressed, but rather should be interpreted as a formal concern submitted, orally or in writing, when in the employee’s judgement, attempts at resolution through the employee/management dialogue process have been or would be unsuccessful. The Supplier is required to maintain an Employee Concerns Program (ECP) in compliance with the following and to flow down these requirements to subcontractors at all tiers to the extent necessary to ensure compliance.
EMPLOYEE CONCERNS PROGRAM. (1) The Contractor, its agents, employees or subcontractors, are entitled to use the BSA Employee Concerns Program and Hotline (000)000-0000. The Hotline operates 24 hours per day, 7 days a week. Messages may be left anonymously, and all concerns are handled with confidentiality to the maximum extent possible. Employee concerns may also be submitted in writing to the BSA Employee Concerns Office, Building 400, or in person to the Xxxxx Xxxxxx, Employee Concerns Program Office, Building 400, 344-2888, during normal business hours, Monday through Friday 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

The ECP provides a means for employees to raise good-faith concerns that a policy or practice of ORAU or its subcontractors should be improved, modified, or terminated. Concerns can address health, safety, the environment, management practices, fraud, waste, or reprisal for raising a concern.
EMPLOYEE CONCERNS PROGRAM. The owner of the nuclear facility maintains an Employee Concerns Program. This Program applies to all personnel, including Contractor Personnel, who perform Work at or provide Services or Materials to the nuclear facility. The Program permits employees to report safety and other workplace issues in confidence or anonymously and provides an avenue to address any such issues. Contractors must adhere to the terms and provisions of the owner's Employee Concerns Program and are required to inform Contractor Personnel of the availability of the Program.
EMPLOYEE CONCERNS PROGRAM. Contractor shall implement an employee concerns program in connection with its performance of the Work as part of the Project Policies and Procedures pursuant to Section 3.12 (the “Employee Concerns Program”). The Employee Concerns Program provides a means for personnel working at Owner’s nuclear plants and support areas to report nuclear safety and quality concerns. Contractor shall provide Owner with reasonable access during normal working hours to written information regarding such concerns resulting from the Employee Concerns Program.
