EMPLOYEE COMPETENCY AND DISCIPLINE. The Contractor shall enforce strict discipline and good order among employees of the Contractor and Subcontractors at the Site. Personnel of the Contractor or any Subcontractor are subject to removal from the Site for violations of the Laws or District Policies. The Contractor shall not permit employment of unfit persons or persons not skilled in tasks assigned to them and shall dismiss from its employ and direct any Subcontractor to dismiss from their employment any person deemed by the District to be unfit or incompetent to perform assigned tasks.
