Employee Communication. 1) Assist with planning and coordinating annual open enrollment and with other employee meetings as needed regarding the City’s group health and dental plans.
Employee Communication. (1) In the event of a significant operational issue likely to affect the performance of the Facility in the immediate future, the Employer or its representative will communicate as soon as practicable any possible workplace implications to all employees likely to be affected. Such issues may include, but are not limited to, scheduled Facility shutdown arrangements or the standing down of employees due to AQIS intervention, machinery breakdown and maintenance, stock availability or loss of essential services, or an entirely new method of processing such as installation of new machines or other technology. A new method of processing may result in changes to tally, speed and pay rate per unit for production within ordinary working hours.

The Authority and the Union agree that any media request of an employee (e.g. on-camera interview or interview by a newspaper reporter) shall be referred to the Office of Media Relations for an official response. When it becomes necessary to submit a press release involving a bargaining unit employee, except in pressing or demanding situations needing immediate attention, prior notice shall be given to the Union.

Unless specifically directed by SunPower, Cypress shall not be responsible for communicating any information to SunPower employees or ensuring the accuracy of any communication made by SunPower to its employees. Cypress shall under no circumstance be responsible for any commitment or Service promised to SunPower employees by SunPower.

Each Party shall take all actions as may be required under any Law, collective agreement or other agreement to properly inform and consult or, as may be necessary or desirable as a result of such informing or consultation, to properly obtain all authorisations, consents or approvals from, the Employees or the relevant Employee representatives in order for the Sellers to transfer the Transferred Employees to the Purchaser. Each Party shall comply with an employee communications plan (including a timeline for implementation), substantially in the form attached as Appendix 12a, in order to ensure a smooth transition of the Transferred Employees to the Purchaser and minimal disruption to the EL Business. Each Party shall be responsible for and shall indemnify and hold harmless the other Party against any liability arising from a failure by it to comply with requirements of or obligations under any law regarding the transfer of undertaking (including, but not limited to, any information duties).
