Employee Check. In‌ Check-in procedures will be implemented to ensure the safety of all employees who work alone. The Employer will assess the degree of risk in any workplace where an employee is required to work alone. The Employer must develop and implement a written procedure for checking the well-being of a worker assigned to work alone or in isolation under conditions which present a risk of disabling injury, if the worker is not able to secure assistance in the event of injury or other misfortune. The assessment will be reviewed by the Joint Safety and Health Committee.

Employee Check in‌ Check-in procedures will be implemented to ensure the safety of all employees who work alone or in isolation where assistance would not be readily available to the worker. Before a worker is assigned to work alone or in isolation, the Employer must identify any hazards and assess the risk to the worker and eliminate or minimize the risk from the hazard. The Employer must develop and implement a written procedure for checking the well-being of a worker assigned to work alone or in isolation. The procedure must include the time interval between checks and the procedure to follow in the event the worker cannot be contacted, including provisions for emergency rescue. A person must be designated to establish contact with the worker at predetermined intervals and the results must be recorded by the person. A check at the end of the work shift must be done. The procedure(s) must be developed in consultation with the Committee and the worker assigned to work alone or in isolation.
Employee Check. All FMER employees performing services or supporting FMER activities under this Agreement, regardless of their location, shall be validated by FMER to not be on any list published and maintained by the United States government of Persons with whom any U.S. Person is prohibited from conducting business.   • Severance Payments; Salary and Benefits The Company agrees to provide Employee with the severance payments and benefits described in Section 4(b) of the Employment Agreement, payable at the times set forth in, and subject to the terms and conditions of, the Employment Agreement. In addition, to the extent not already paid, and subject to the terms and conditions of the Employment Agreement, the Company shall pay or provide to Employee all other payments or benefits described in Section 3(c) of the Employment Agreement, subject to and in accordance with the terms thereof.

  • Salary, Bonus and Benefits During the Employment Period, Employer will pay Executive a base salary (the “Annual Base Salary”) of $165,000 per annum, subject to any increases as determined by the Board based upon the Company’s achievements of budgetary and other objectives set by the Board.   • Benefits; Vacation Employee shall be eligible to receive all benefits as are available to similarly situated employees of Employer generally, and any other benefits that Employer may, in its sole discretion, elect to grant to Employee from time to time. In addition, Employee shall be entitled to four (4) weeks paid vacation per year, which shall be pro-rated for the first partial year of employment and shall accrue in accordance with Employer’s policies applicable to similarly situated employees of Employer.

  • Employee Retention A. In the event there is modification of programs and services for financial reasons, the number of employees which is required to implement the modified educational programs and services shall be determined as provided in this Article.

  • Separation Compensation In exchange for your agreement to the general release and waiver of claims and covenant not to sue set forth below and your other promises herein, the Company agrees to provide you with the following:
