Common use of Employee Benefit Programs Clause in Contracts

Employee Benefit Programs. During the Employment Term, the Executive shall be entitled to participate in all employee pension and welfare benefit plans and programs made available to the Company’s senior level executives.

Employee Benefit Programs. During the Employment Termterm of employment, the Executive shall be entitled to participate in all employee welfare and pension benefit plans, programs and/or arrangements offered by the Company to its senior executives, as such plans, programs and welfare benefit plans and programs made available arrangements may be amended from time to time, to the Company’s same extent and on the same terms applicable to other senior level executives. Nothing in this section shall preclude the Company from amending or terminating any of its employee benefit plans, programs or arrangements.

During the Employment TermTerm of Employment, the Executive shall be entitled to participate in all any employee pension retirement, welfare and welfare fringe benefit plans and programs made available to the Company’s senior executive officer level executivesemployees generally, as such plans or programs may be in effect from time to time. The Company shall pay the expenses associated with the Executive’s participation in such benefit plans to the same extent the Company pays the expenses associated with the participation by other similarly situated senior executive officer level employees of the Company.

These shall include participation in the Company’s senior level executives's standard medical and dental insurance programs, at no cost to the Executive, and participation in an executive medical and dental benefit program providing reimbursement of certain expenses not covered by the standard programs.

During the Employment TermTerm of Employment, the Executive shall be entitled to participate in all employee welfare and pension benefit plans, programs and/or arrangements as in effect from time to time and welfare benefit plans and programs made available applicable to the Company’s senior senior-level executives.
