Common use of Employee Bail Clause in Contracts

Employee Bail. Employees will be bailed out of jail if accused of any offense in connection with a condition caused or created by the Company. If an employee is forced to spend time in jail or the courts because of a condition created by the Company, the employee shall be compensated at his/her regular rate of pay for work opportunities the employee would have received if not in jail or the courts and shall be reimbursed for court costs, if any.
