Employee Attendance at Staff Meetings. ‌ Where an employee is directed by the Employer to attend a staff meeting or a committee meeting during their regular working hours, the employee shall be compensated at their regular hourly rate for the time spent in such attendance. Where an employee is directed by the Employer to attend a staff meeting or committee meeting outside of normal working hours, they shall be credited with equivalent time off at their basic rate of pay.
