Employee Assistance Plan. The Board shall make available to eligible employees and their eligible family members, at no cost, an Employee Assistance Plan (EAP). Employee participation in and/or referral to the EAP shall be voluntary and confidential, except as to any disclosures required by applicable state law. All personal treatment records generated as a result of an eligible individual’s utilization of the EAP shall be maintained by the service provider and shall not be shared with the Board unless otherwise authorized by the eligible employee or the covered dependent, or by operation of applicable law. The contact person for the EAP services to be made available under this Agreement shall not be employed by the Board of Education.
Employee Assistance Plan. The District will provide an Employee Assistance Plan (EAP) which allows each employee to refer themselves confidentially to the EAP provider. To protect confidentiality, any data which the provider transmits to the District shall be summary only. The Employee Assistance Plan will include individual and/or family counseling.
Employee Assistance Plan. The City shall provide employees with an Employee Assistance Plan at no cost to the employee.
Employee Assistance Plan. The Board will fully fund an Employee Assistance Plan, to the amount of not less than twenty dollars ($20.00) per employee per year.

Employee Assistance Plan. The Board agrees to provide an employee assistance program for the teachers, the terms and coverage which shall be determined at the Board's sole discretion. Retired employees shall be ineligible to participate in this program.

The Board agrees to provide an employee assistance program, as well as a health promotion and wellness program with that information incorporated in the teachers’ handbook, which will include services, locations and phone numbers. Selection of the program will include extensive review by the Association with final approval by the Board. Both components, the employee assistance program and the health promotion and wellness program will be provided at Board expense.
Employee Assistance Plan. 36.01 At negotiations, the Union raised issues of social problems that may arise in employees personal lives and the impact these may have on employees in the workplace. The parties discussed the issue of violence and abusive situations that sometimes exist in employee’s personal lives. The parties agreed that such aggressive and abusive behaviour is unacceptable. The parties further agreed that an employee in a verified abusive or violent personal situation will be given full consideration prior to discipline for attendance or performance. The parties also discussed substance abuse and agreed that they have a shared interest in encouraging early treatment and assisting employees toward rehabilitation.
Employee Assistance Plan. 1. The District and Association recognize that alcohol or drug abuse by employees may create performance problems. The District and the Association are likewise concerned with addressing the employment-related health consequences to employees resulting from alcohol or substance abuse problems.
