Employee Appearance and Conduct. The Contractor shall ensure that all stagehand employees comply with standards related to appearance and required guidelines while performing services under this contract. The approved standard dress code/uniform guidelines shall be determined between the Contractor and the Venue Director, with the Venue Director having final approval. The Contractor shall ensure that stagehands wear the specified uniform required for the given event at the assigned facility determined by either the show, the Venue Director, or the Contractor – in this order. The Contractor must provide all employees with approved ID badges to be worn at all times and presented upon request that the employees are in the facilities. The Contractor and employees will conduct themselves in a professional manner at all times. This includes but is not limited to refraining from seeking autographs, and not accepting cash or other favors for access to the facilities. Violators are subject to removal from City property and prosecution. The Contractor shall be financially responsible for any damage caused to the facilities by the Contractor or their employees.

Employee Appearance and Conduct. (a) The Concessionaire shall prescribe uniforms for employees that are appropriate to their positions. The uniforms shall be approved by RTD. The Concessionaire's employees interfacing with the public shall wear the prescribed uniform when on duty, and shall maintain a professional appearance and demeanor when in uniform.
Employee Appearance and Conduct. All employees, while engaged in collecting or gathering Solid Waste within the Franchise Area, must be dressed in suitable and acceptable uniforms. Contractor will use its best efforts to ensure that all employees present a neat appearance and conduct themselves in a courteous manner. Contractor will regularly train its employees in customer courtesy, will prohibit the use of loud or profane language, and will instruct Collection crews to perform the work as quietly as possible. If any employee is found to not be courteous or to not be performing services in the manner required by this Agreement, Contractor will take all appropriate corrective measures.

Regardless of uniform, shirts must always be worn, protective equipment as designated and in conjunction with county, city and municipal law, in accordance with OSCHA standards for best practice and safety.
