Employee acknowledges receipt of Xxxxxxx xxx’s Employee Manual and agrees that the provisions of the Employee Manual form an integral part of this Agreement so long as Employee is an employee of Xxxxxxx.xxx. To the extent that the provisions of this Agreement are inconsistent with the provisions of the Employee Manual, the provisions of this Agreement will control and supersede those of the Employee Manual.
