Employee Accruals. All accruals for unpaid vacation pay, premiums for employment and parental insurance, health premiums, Canada Pension Plan premiums, accrued wages, salaries and commissions and KMCI Employee Plan payments have been reflected in the Books and Records.
Employee Accruals. All accruals for unpaid vacation pay, premiums for unemployment insurance, health premiums, Canada Pension Plan premiums, accrued wages, salaries and commissions and employee benefit plan payments have been reflected in the books and records of the Corporation.

Neither of the Corporations is in arrears in the payment of any vacation pay, bonuses, commissions, benefits, social security payments, sick leave benefits and other emoluments with respect to its employees whether arising by operation of Law, by contract or by past custom.
