Emergency Response Plan. The ICDS Plan must develop and implement as necessary, an ODM approved Emergency Response Plan (ERP), for natural disasters and other public emergencies (e.g., floods, extreme heat, power outage, extreme cold, etc.). Coordination with other appropriate systems is recommended (e.g. American Red Cross). The ICDS Plan must address the following related to the ERP:
Emergency Response Plan. The Emergency Response Plan as described in Schedule 18 (Technical Requirements) is specified in Appendix 9, as attached and forming part of this Schedule, and shall be amended or supplemented by the Contractor as required in accordance with Schedule 18 and in accordance with the procedure set out in Schedule 5 (Design and Plan Certification Process and Review Procedure).
Emergency Response Plan. In the event of an Incident, the Operator must comply with the Emergency Response Plan where relevant.
Emergency Response Plan. In the event that more than one ship homeporting at Port experiences a simultaneous outbreak of COVID-19, or if a moderate or full COVID-19 outbreak (as defined in Exhibit 1) occurs on any of CSL’s vessels covered under this MOU, the CSL shall at its cost comply with all emergency response plan and outbreak-level cleaning requirements set forth in Exhibit 1, Exhibit 2, and/or Exhibit 4 attached hereto, and with any directives, instructions, and/or standard operating procedures issued by the Port, DOH, and/or the CDC in response to such outbreak.

Emergency Response Plan. The Emergency Response Plan identifies potential environmental, health and safety emergencies that could arise during the construction and operation phases of the Project. This plan establishes the framework for responding to these situations and applies to all aspects of the operation. The Emergency Response Plan also defines Baffinland’s organizational roles and responsibilities, internal and external contact information, training, resources, and reporting requirements, to which all Project personnel are directed.
Emergency Response Plan. No employee shall be required to search for a bomb, whether within the building or through the personal belongings of students as they enter the building. Employees cannot be disciplined for refusing to search for a bomb or through personal belonging.
Emergency Response Plan. Each site shall develop a functional emergency response plan aligned with the District’s All Hazards Plan.
Emergency Response Plan. Prior to commencement of construction or operation of the Project, Developer shall prepare and provide to the Town a copy of a site- specific Emergency Response Plan (ERP). A copy of the ERP shall be kept on Site during construction and operation of the Project.
Emergency Response Plan. Prior to any operations, Operator will provide the County’s LGD, OEM, LEPC, Sheriff’s Office, Planning and Development Department, and Transportation Department with an Emergency Response Plan (ERP) to address all potential emergencies that may be associated with an oil and gas facility. Operator shall also provide a copy of such plan to all emergency service providers, including, but not limited to, the fire district that would respond to such emergencies. A “will-serve” letter must be obtained from the appropriate emergency provider(s).
