Emergency Rehearsal. An "emergency rehearsal" shall mean a rehearsal necessitated by the inability of an Artist to perform his/her full duties due to sickness or injury or other cause, when the Theatre did not have adequate prior knowledge of the emergency in order to schedule a regular replacement rehearsal.
Emergency Rehearsal. An Artist called for Emergency Rehearsal shall invoice the Engager at Rate 1 of Clause 13:01(F) (See also Clause 13:01(F)(v)).
Emergency Rehearsal. If the required break in accordance with Clause 16:03(B) is reduced, the Artist shall invoice the Engager for additional services at Rate 1 of Clause 13:09(D). If the length of the emergency rehearsal exceeds the running time of the opera being rehearsed, except for the replacement Artist, the Artist shall invoice the Engager for additional services at Rate 1 of Clause 13:09(D). If an emergency rehearsal must be called on a Free Day, then the Artist shall invoice the Engager at Rate 2 of Clause 13:09(D). The minimum call for such emergency rehearsal shall be three (3) hours whether or not the full three (3) hours are used.

An Artist may be called to an Emergency Rehearsal up to the running time of the opera being rehearsed without additional payment provided that such rehearsal does not infringe upon the overnight rest period or the Free Day. Except for the replacement Artist, the Artist shall invoice the Engager at Rate 1 in Clause 13:09 for emergency rehearsal in excess of the running time of the opera being rehearsed. Additionally, the Artist shall invoice the Engager for additional services at Rate 2 in Clause 13:09 for any Emergency Rehearsal which invades the overnight rest period. When an Emergency Rehearsal must be called on a Free Day, then the Artist shall invoice the Engager for additional services at Rate 3 in Clause 13:09. The minimum call paid for Emergency Rehearsal on the Free Day shall be three (3) hours.

Emergency rehearsals shall be allowed only when the Engager did not have adequate prior knowledge of the emergency in order to schedule a regular replacement rehearsal. Such emergency rehearsal in no case shall exceed the running time of the opera. No additional services fees shall apply for such emergency rehearsal unless it invades the overnight rest period or the free day. The Artist shall invoice the Engager for the additional services at Rate 2 as specified in Clause 11:09(C) if the emergency rehearsal invades the overnight rest period. The overnight rest period may be reduced by one (1) hour by the full company by secret vote. When an emergency rehearsal is called on a free day the Artist shall invoice the Engager for the additional services at Rate 3 as specified in Clause 11:09(C). The minimum call shall be three (3) hours. Nevertheless, the emergency rehearsal shall take place within twenty-four (24) hours of the emergency or within twenty-four (24) hours of the arrival of the replacement Artist.

Emergency Rehearsal. An Emergency Rehearsal is a rehearsal necessitated by the inability of an ARTIST, choreographer or choreographer's representative to perform services due to sickness, injury or severe weather conditions. Such Emergency Rehearsal shall be posted by the EMPLOYER not more than twenty-four (24) hours after the EMPLOYER learns of the emergency or when the EMPLOYER can submit proof to the AGMA delegates that the rehearsal could not have been scheduled at any other time. In any case, the ARTIST called for Emergency Rehearsals will receive the prevailing rate.
Emergency Rehearsal. Rehearsals due to the absence, sickness or injury of any ARTIST and those due to an artistic emergency if the lack of such rehearsal would endanger the artistic standards of a work being presented. Any ARTIST called for such a rehearsal shall be compensated at the prevailing rehearsal rate plus Thirty-five ($35) dollars per hour or fraction hereof.
