Public Safety The Permittee shall comply with the following provisions.
Emergency Transportation Ambulance services for emergencies.
Emergency Alert System The Franchisee shall comply with the applicable requirements of the FCC with respect to the operation of an Emergency Alert System (“EAS”) requirements of the FCC and applicable state and local EAS plans in order that emergency messages may be distributed over the Cable System.
Emergency Plan LIDDA shall develop and maintain an Emergency Plan as prescribed in section 2.10.6 Attachment A-1, Statement of Work.
Fire Safety 9.5.1 Residents found in violation of the following fire safety stipulations not only put themselves at risk but also jeopardizes the safety of the entire community.
ATM Safety It is important to be aware of your surroundings when using an ATM, especially at night. When you are using an ATM, you should secure any cash you withdraw before leaving the ATM. If you need to use an ATM at night, consider taking someone you know with you, and only use an ATM that is well-lit and unobstructed from view. If anything appears to be suspicious, do not use the ATM. Always call 911 in the event of an emergency or to report any suspicious activity. Fire, Life Safety, and Accessibility Codes The following codes, in the versions approved by the Georgia State Fire Marshal/Fire Safety Commissioner and Department of Human Resources, shall be used. The Design Professional will designate any additional codes or special modifications in the Supplementary General Conditions.
Emergency Use In the case of any civil emergency or disaster, the Licensee shall, upon request of the Issuing Authority, make available to the Town a channel for use during the civil emergency or disaster period. The Licensee shall adhere to any new Emergency notification standards as established by the Federal Communications Commission.
Food Safety A. The SFA shall comply with food safety inspection requirements as prescribed by USDA for its facilities and shall ensure that all state and local regulations are being met by the selected FSMC preparing or serving meals at any SFA facility.
Child Safety Never leave a child unsupervised near a pool, not even for a second. During social gatherings at or near the pool, appoint a designated adult to protect young children from pool accidents. Children must be watched closely while swimming. Do not use floatation devices as a substitute for supervision. Toys can entice young children into the pool area. When not in use, clear the pool area of all toys.
