Emergency Procedures. The District shall develop policies and procedures for emergency situations. The appropriate procedures for notification and response during emergency conditions shall be regularly communicated to the unit members. Whenever substantial changes are made to these procedures an email will be sent to all unit members. In the case of a declared national disaster which results in the modification of the academic calendar, service days will be adjusted to meet student contact hour requirements without additional compensation.
