Emergency Procedures a) ENP providers shall have a written Emergency/Disaster Plan.
Emergency Procedures. The District shall develop policies and procedures for emergency situations. The appropriate procedures for notification and response during emergency conditions shall be regularly communicated to the unit members. Whenever substantial changes are made to these procedures an email will be sent to all unit members. In the case of a declared national disaster which results in the modification of the academic calendar, service days will be adjusted to meet student contact hour requirements without additional compensation.

Emergency Procedures. 33 As it may pertain to Developer staff and Site procedures, Developer shall develop an 34 Emergency action plan for the Project that specifies the procedures for each identified potential 35 Emergency, notification requirements, and training, and identify those individuals responsible for 36 implementing the plan, if the plan is activated. The potential for an Emergency (fire, explosion, 37 chemical release, etc.) exists at all construction areas and operational areas. Seller shall provide Buyer with prompt verbal notification of T&D System emergencies which may reasonably be expected to affect Buyer's operation of its facilities, and Buyer shall provide Seller with prompt verbal notification of generation equipment emergencies which may reasonably be expected to affect Seller's operations. If, however, the emergency involves transmission or distribution electrical equipment, Buyer shall notify the System Operator, and shall obtain the consent of such personnel, prior to performing any switching operations. Buyer and Seller each may, consistent with Good Utility Practices, have the System Operator take whatever actions or inactions it deems necessary during emergency operating conditions, without liability to the other Party for such actions or inactions, in order to: (i) preserve public safety; (ii) preserve the integrity of the T&D System or Buyer's equipment or property, (iii) limit or prevent damage, or (iv) expedite restoration of service.
Emergency Procedures. All residents and guests are required to exit the building during emergencies that require evacuation and follow instructions given by authorized University emergency personnel (e.g., Security Services, Emergency Response Wardens and Building Emergency Captains). Residents and guests should proceed directly to the designated assembly points where additional information will be provided. No one is permitted to re-enter the residences until clearance has been granted. FIRE PROCEDURES AND FIRE ALARMS: All residents and guest(s) are required to exit the residences at the sound of a fire alarm. In the event of fire, residents and guest(s) are required to follow instruction given by Fire Services personnel. Fire Safety Procedures are outlined in the Residence Handbook. Portable fire extinguishers are in residence for emergency use only. Severe penalties will be imposed for misuse of any fire equipment, or tampering with fire safety devices such as disconnecting, covering, or damaging smoke/heat detectors. Students who cause fire alarms in residence may be subject to disciplinary action, criminal prosecution, fines and eviction.
Emergency Procedures. The Company agrees that Cabin Personnel will be evaluated on their knowledge of emergency procedures at the beginning of their duty period, prior to the departure of the first flight leg; however, such evaluation may not be limited to this period alone.
