Contractor shall initiate remedial action within one (1) hour of notification. Should Contractor fail to respond within a 1-hour time period, Xxxxxx Realty Corporation will respond and back charge Contractor at a rate of $50.00 per hour with a 4-hour minimum ($200). Parents are requested not to check out students when the school is under an emergency warning. Standard emergency procedures are in place and will be followed. Please do not call the school during emergency warnings--the school telephone line must stay clear. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated as we aim to protect all students and staff. Field Trips A signed permission slip will be required prior to each field trip. Telephone calls will not be accepted. The permission slip must be returned to school the day PRIOR to the field trip. Misbehavior on a field trip may result in modified requirements for future participation in such activities.
