Emergency Medical Treatment. I grant the Releasees permission to authorize emergency medical treatment as they deem appropriate, and agree that such action by the Releasees shall be subject to the terms of this Agreement. I understand and agree that the Releasees assume no responsibility for any injury or damage that might result from such emergency medical treatment.

Emergency Medical Treatment. The Plan Bupa Select policy provides emergency medical treatment outside of the Preferred Provider Network in those cases where the emergency treatment is required to avoid loss of life or limb. Covered charges related to an emergency admission to a non-network provider will be paid up to twenty-five thousand dollars ($25,000) with the normal plan deductible and coinsurance (if appli- cable). The Insured will be responsible for thirty percent (30%) of all covered medical and hospital charges that exceed the benefit of twenty-five thousand dollars ($25,000) on ser- vices performed outside the Preferred Provider Network.
