Reasonable Fees Fees not exceeding the published private fee rates normally charged by the treating Dentist for private and uninsured treatment in the location where treatment is given and which, in the opinion of Chubb, are reasonably in line with those charged by the private Dentist in that area for providing the treatment concerned on an uninsured basis.
