A second or subsequent call to a wreck to perform cleanup operations shall be considered wrecking service. Employees used in wrecking service during their regular work hours will be paid from time of departure from home terminal until release upon return to home terminal. If called during overtime hours they shall be considered to have been in wrecking service from time called except that an employee may be notified to report for a specific time, in which event would be accorded one hour preparatory time. This exception means an employee may be notified to report during the day before the assignment is scheduled to commence. Employees returning from wrecking service who commenced such service prior to the hour period immediately preceding the starting time of their regular assignment at their home location, and who because of such service have been unable to secure five hours rest immediately prior to the starting time of their regular assignment at their home location, shall be accorded a minimum of five hours rest with no loss of pay before being requested to report on their regular assignment at home location. Such five hours shall commence from the time the employees are released from service at their home location. Employees in wrecking service will, upon return to home terminal, deliver tools at points designated. Employees called for wrecking service shall be paid at straight time rates for all time working, waiting or travelling during those hours within their regular hour of duty as established at the home terminal, as per the collective agreement during overtime hours. This plan covers bandages, crutches, canes, collars, and other supplies incidental to your treatment in the emergency room as part of our allowance for the emergency room services. Additional services provided in the emergency room such as radiology or physician consultations are covered separately from emergency room services and may require additional copayments. The amount you pay is based on the type of service being rendered. Follow-up care services, such as suture removal, fracture care or wound care, received at the emergency room will require an additional emergency room copayment. Follow- up care services can be obtained from your primary care provider or a specialist. See Dental Services in Section 3 for information regarding emergency dental care services.
