Emergency Assessments. In the event of an emergency associated with damage to the Road or other circumstance, the Board of Directors may take actions to address the emergency and impose a special assessment on the affected Road Users. The Board of Directors shall notify the affected Road Users of the need for the special assessment as soon as reasonably possible. The affected Road Users shall pay their proportional share of the special assessment within thirty calendar days of receiving documentation of the reason for and cost of the actions and a request for payment.
