Email Fraud. You acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to protect yourself and to be vigilant against email fraud and other internet frauds and schemes (including, without limitation, fraud commonly referred to as “phishing”). You acknowledge that we will never contact you by email in order to ask for or to verify account numbers, Access Credentials, or any sensitive or confidential information. In the event you receive an email or other electronic communication that you believe, or have reason to believe, is fraudulent, you agree not to respond to the email, provide any information to the email sender, click on any links in the email, or otherwise comply with any instructions in the email. You should forward any suspected fraudulent or suspicious email to xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx or as we otherwise may direct. You agree that we are not responsible for any losses, injuries, or harm you may incur as a result of any electronic, email, or internet fraud, subject to the requirements of applicable law.

  • Misrepresentation, Concealment or Fraud This entire policy is void if, whether before or after a loss:

  • Assault Any case of assault upon a teacher which occurs in the line of duty shall promptly be 20 rights and obligations with respect to such assault, and its legal assistance to the teacher in 21 connection with handling of the incident by law enforcement and judicial authorities.   • Defendant’s Breach of Plea Agreement If the defendant commits any crimes, violates any conditions of release, or violates any term of this plea agreement between the signing of this plea agreement and the date of sentencing, or fails to appear for sentencing, or if the defendant provides information to the Probation Office or the Court that is intentionally misleading, incomplete, or untruthful, or otherwise breaches this plea agreement, the United States will be released from its obligations under this agreement. The defendant, however, will remain bound by the terms of the agreement, and will not be allowed to withdraw his plea of guilty. The defendant also understands and agrees that in the event he violates this plea agreement, all statements made by him to law enforcement agents subsequent to the execution of this plea agreement, any testimony given by him before a grand jury or any tribunal or any leads from such statements or testimony shall be admissible against him in any and all criminal proceedings. The defendant waives any rights that he might assert under the United States Constitution, any statute, Rule 11(f) of the Federal Rules of Criminal Procedure, Rule 410 of the Federal Rules of Evidence, or any other federal rule that pertains to the admissibility of any statements made by him subsequent to this plea agreement.

  • Negligent or Willful Damage Un- designated timber meeting Utilization Standards and un- necessarily damaged or negligently or willfully cut by Pur- chaser, if included by Contracting Officer.

  • Falsification Manipulating research materials, equipment, or processes, or changing or omitting data or results such that the research is not accurately represented in the research record.

  • Assaults An employee who is assaulted while in the performance of assigned duties shall promptly report the assault to the Employer. The Employer shall promptly investigate the incident and render such assistance as necessary under the circumstances, including reporting and cooperating with law enforcement authorities.
