Email Access. Patient shall be given the Physician’s email address to which non- urgent communications can be addressed. Such communications shall be dealt with by the Physician in a timely manner. Patient understands and agrees that email and the internet should never be used to access medical care in the event of an urgent or emergent situation or any situation that Patient could reasonably expect may develop into an emergency. Patient agrees that in such situations, when a Patient cannot speak to Physician immediately in person or by telephone, that Patient shall call 911 or the nearest Emergency medical assistance provider and follow the directions of the emergency provider.
Email Access. District is responsible for providing FLVS, upon request, all email correspondence between teacher and student.

You agree that in such situations, when You cannot speak to a licensed professional at FCIM immediately in person or by telephone, that You shall call 911 or the nearest emergency medical assistance provider, and follow the directions of emergency medical personnel.

Email Access. The MEMBER shall be able to communicate with the PRACTICE through a non-secure platform using office email addresses directly linked to the Member’s electronic health record. These emails will be provided upon enrollment.

Subject to the limitations of paragraph 12, above, The Patient shall be able to communicate with the Practice through a non-secure platform using office email addresses directly linked to the Patient’s electronic health record. These emails will be provided upon enrollment. The Patient understands and agrees that neither email nor the internet should be used to access medical care in the event of an emergency or any situation that could reasonably develop into an emergency. The Patient agrees that in this situation, when s/he cannot speak to the physician immediately in person or by telephone, to call 911 or go to the nearest emergency medical assistance physician and follow the directions of emergency medical personnel.
Email Access. Counsel agrees to maintain an active and functioning business email account during the term of this Memorandum of Understanding and will provide the address of that email account to OPD so that OPD may use it to communicate with Counsel via email message as may be necessary. Counsel agrees to regularly check that email account for messages.
Email Access. 87.1. The CFA will continue to ensure all employees who so wish will have access to their email outside of working hours.
