The Provider will deliver the service to: Children and Young People aged 0-25 who have special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) and are resident within Thurrock The Parents/Carers of the aforementioned who are seeking a service on the Child/Young Person’s behalf and in respect of that Child/Young Person Location of services The Provider will offer Services: In the community Within schools, post 16 provision and alternative education provision At the Provider’s offices The Council will not provide premises, nor fund any additional costs outside of the contract value, in respect of premises and/or running costs. The Provider will arrange, fund, manage and upkeep suitable premises for delivery of the service to effect a physical office where Service Users can attend face to face meetings. This should be based in a central location in Thurrock (and agreed prior with the commissioner as to where this should be located).
