Eligible Service. Eligible service, for the purpose of calculating the retiring gratuity payment, means service with the employer (including QSE as described above), and prior to 01 July 1995, with any Area Health Board, or within the Public Service. Notwithstanding the above, Security Officers who have had their gratuity entitlement either bought out or paid out when they became employees of a contractor shall have no further gratuity entitlement.
Eligible Service. The Way2Go Pass shall be valid for full fare on all SamTrans regular fixed-route service. Special service is excluded from the Program.
Eligible Service i) For employees who commenced their current service with the employer on or prior to 03 August 1992, eligible service shall be all service with the employer, and one or more other Area Health Boards/Hospital Boards and with one or more of the following services: the Public Service, the Post Office, New Zealand Railways or any university in New Zealand.

Provider Any common-law employee, or non-employee director who provides services to the Service Recipient designated by the Service Recipient as eligible to participate in the Plan in accordance with Section 2.1. Only those individuals who are part of a select group of management or highly compensated Eligible Service Providers, as determined by the Service Recipient in its sole discretion, may be designated as Eligible Service Providers under the Plan.
Eligible Service. For purposes of this Plan, Eligible Service is defined as point‑to‑point High Capacity Service (DS‑1) Metro Private Line Access Service located in one of the following states: California and Nevada.
