Eligible Payees. Any payments you wish to make through the Bill Pay Service must be payable in U.S. dollars to a payee located in the continental United States. We reserve the right to restrict types of payees to whom payments may be made using the Service from time to time. You agree not to use Bill Pay Service to make payments to the Internal Revenue Service, or other tax payments, payments arising from any legal proceeding (such as child support payments or traffic tickets), payments to settle securities purchases, or to payees outside of the United States. If you do schedule these types of payments, then you assume all risks should such payments not be timely delivered or processed.

With our Same Day Service, you can instruct us to send an electronic payment to an eligible payee on that same business day. With our Overnight Service, you can instruct us to have a paper check delivered to the payee on the next business day. Note: Some payees may not be able to receive Same Day or Overnight Service. There are fees for our Same Day and Overnight Services (see the “Fees” Section below for details). We may refuse any instruction to make a payment before the earliest available Payment Send Date. Xxxx payments will be made either by transferring funds electronically from your designated checking account to the payee or by transferring the funds into a non-interest bearing holding account (bundled with the payments of other customers to the same payee) from which a check will be drawn and mailed to the payee. Xxxx payments are processed only Monday through Friday. Any request made on a weekend, holiday, or after 7:00 p.m. (after 2:00 p.m. for Same Day Service or after 1:00 p.m. for Overnight Service) on a business day may be processed on the following business day. Payments may be sent to payees either as an electronic payment (for payees that can receive such payments) or as a check. Because it could take several days for a payee to receive a check through the U.S. mail, you should allow sufficient time for payments by check. Do not rely on any payment grace period. You are responsible for scheduling payments to be made in a timely manner. We will not be responsible for delays that occur in the postal system or automated clearing house, or for any action or omission by a payee. You agree that we may charge or place a hold against your account for the amount of your payment up to two business days prior to the Payment Send Date. You will receive an online confirmation number at the time that you set up each xxxx payment. Err...
Eligible Payees. With the Bill Pay Service, you may pay almost any person or merchant with an address in the U.S. While payments to most payees can be made using the Bill Pay Service, we reserve the right to refuse to make payments to certain payees. We recommend that you do not use Bill Pay Service to pay alimony, child support, tax and other court-directed or government payments, fines or penalties. In addition, at no extra charge you may choose to receive e-bills. E-bills is a feature of the Bill Pay Service. E-bills are online versions of paper bills that you may receive, review, and pay through the Bill Pay Service. E-bills are available from a list of national and local companies - such as credit card companies, cable or satellite TV companies, utility companies and department stores.

You may make Utility Payments to a local Government. However, you may not pay any type of Tax Payment or Tax Obligation with this service. Nor may you make payments outside of the United States Do not use Bill Pay to pay your iTHINK Financial Real Estate or Consumer Loan, or VISA Credit Card obligations, use the “ Funds Transfer” function within Online Banking. Bill Pay process An eligible checking account is required to participate in the bill pay service. Savings or Money Market accounts are not eligible. Credit Union may change general limits at any time without notice unless otherwise required by applicable law. The Credit Union may also, at its discretion, modify or amend limits on a case-by-case, per member and per account basis. All transfer limits are subject to temporary reductions or restrictions to protect the security of member accounts and/or the transfer system. You are able to schedule one-time or recurring payments through this service. Timely payments and delivery are not guaranteed when funds are paid to some Payees, such as government agencies.
