Eligible Lists. In the event the use of an eligible list is stayed pursuant to court order, upon the removal of such stay such eligible list shall continue in existence for a period not less than 60 days and for such additional period as may be determined by the Department of Civil Service, except that in no event shall such 60 day period extend the life of any eligible list beyond the statutory limit of four years.

Eligible Lists. The names of the examinees shall be placed on the eligible list in accordance with their grades: The one receiving the highest grade shall be placed first on the list. In the event two or more examinees receive the same grade, the date of application for the position shall be used to determine the order of their names on the list. The top three names shall be provided for the appointment of one person to the position. Eligible lists established under this agreement shall continue for two years. In the event that a vacancy occurs prior to the expiration of the two year time period the list shall continue for the purpose of filling such vacancy until the vacancy is filled.

Eligible Lists. The eligibility list for the classifications of Battalion Chief, Fire Captain, Fire Lieutenant, and Fire Equipment Operator shall be effective for a two year period. The lists for Fire Lieutenant and Fire Captain and Battalion Chief will be in effect from April 1 through March 31. The Fire Equipment Operator eligible list will be in effect from June 1 through May 31. All remaining eligible lists would remain in effect for one year from the date of the final publishing and posting in accordance with Section 5H.

In case at any time the Trustee shall cease to be eligible in accordance with the provisions of this Section, the Trustee shall resign immediately in the manner and with the effect specified in Section 8.08.

  • ELIGIBILITY STANDARDS ‌ Employee eligibility standards for health care benefits shall be determined solely by the Board of Trustees and as permitted under existing law. The Trust is responsible for notifying newly eligible workers of their opportunity to enroll, enrolling eligible workers, providing open enrollment notifications and follow up to secure required applications/documentation, disenrolling ineligible workers and providing COBRA notifications and follow up. The Employer will provide the Trust with hours worked and other information needed by the Trust to determine eligibility, enroll eligible workers, and disenroll ineligible workers. The Employer will provide information on the Trust’s benefits to all employees during the onboarding process. The Trust shall determine the appropriate level of contribution, if any, by eligible home care workers. Ongoing costs for deduction of home care worker premiums for health care shall be paid by the Employer.

  • Employee Lists (A) Upon request of the Union on no more than a quarterly basis, the state will provide it with personnel data from the state personnel database (People First). These data will include employees’ names, home addresses, work locations, classification titles, and other data elements as identified by the Union that are not confidential under state law.   • Convicted and Discriminatory Vendor Lists In accordance with sections 287.133 and 287.134, F.S., an entity or affiliate who is on the Convicted Vendor List or the Discriminatory Vendor List may not perform work as a contractor, supplier, subcontractor, or consultant under the Contract. The Contractor must notify the Department if it or any of its suppliers, subcontractors or consultants have been placed on the Convicted Vendor List or the Discriminatory Vendor List during the term of the Contract.
