Eligible Improvements. Property owners and/or tenants may apply for Program Funding. Tenants applying for funding shall provide written permission from the property owner in addition to the signed Owner’s Affidavit. Eligible Improvements. “Eligible Improvements” shall mean any permanently affixed alterations or improvements made to the Premises and to cabinetry and display fixtures that were custom designed by Concessionaire for the Premises and have no practical use or value outside the Premises: (a) for which the Port’s consent has been sought and obtained in writing, (b) for which any and all information required by Section 6.6 or any Port consent has been timely submitted, and (c) consistently appearing on any NBV Report requested by the Port pursuant to Section 6.4, and (d) then currently in use and in such condition as would warrant its continued use. Eligible Improvements shall, however, specifically exclude the Removable Fixtures (other than custom designed cabinetry and display fixtures set forth above) and any inventory maintained by Concessionaire.

Eligible Improvements. An emergency is defined as an imminent condition that makes a house uninhabitable, dangerous to the occupants, or is capable of causing severe health problems. Repairs that will remedy such emergency repairs are eligible. Repairs that remedy code violations and those needed to address home repairs before they significantly de-value the home and become much more serious problems, are also eligible whether or not the city has issued a code violation. Examples of eligible repairs include, but are not limited to, leakage around windows, rotting fascia, holes in siding, roof leakage, crumbling brick or concrete and deteriorated retaining walls. CEE will determine eligibility of projects.
Eligible Improvements. Grantee agrees to implement a façade improvement in accordance with this Agreement and the City’s Façade Improvement guidelines attached hereto as Exhibit 1 incorporated herein by reference (the “Business Guidelines”).

Eligible Improvements. In addition to LBP evaluation and treatment through and clearance, if such occur, eligible improvements to the property shall include only those physically attached to the property and be permanent in nature. All rehabilitation work must be completed by pre-approved, licensed, and insured contractors selected in accordance with Program procedures and the attached Construction Standards.
Eligible Improvements. Both interior and exterior improvements qualify, with exceptions noted below under “INELIGIBLE”. • Expenditures on the property update must total 10% or more of the CAD total value of the property. Rebate • $5,000 limit per property per 12 months (From the date of the Notice to Proceed letter). • 25% rebate on exterior improvements. ($15,000 exterior = $3,750) • 10% rebate on interior improvements. ($5,000 interior = $500)
Eligible Improvements. The Façade Improvement Assistance Program is intended to encourage exterior improvements that preserve and enhance the character of the Village and help create a pedestrian friendly atmosphere. Projects within or adjacent to the downtown shall comply with the design guidelines found within the Downtown Revitalization Plan and projects located outside of the downtown shall comply with the Village’s Commercial Design Guidelines.
