Eligible Expenditures. 1. Acceptance of the Project for implementation and the signing of the Agreement shall not mean that all expenses incurred during its implementation shall be deemed eligible. Eligibility of the incurred expenditures shall also be evaluated in the course of implementation of the Project, based mainly on the reports submitted by the Project Manager.
