Eligible Equipment for Collocation. Types of Equipment: In accordance with Section 251(c)(6) of the Telecommunications Act, Requesting Carrier may collocate equipment “necessary for interconnection or access to unbundled network elements.” For purposes of this section, “necessary” means directly related to and thus necessary, required, or indispensable to interconnection or access to unbundled network elements. Such uses are limited to interconnection to Ameritech’s network “for the transmission and routing of telephone exchange access,” or for access to unbundled network elements “for the provision of a telecommunications service.” Equipment that may be collocated solely for these purposes includes: (1) transmission equipment including, but not limited to, optical terminating equipment and multiplexers; and (2) equipment being collocated to terminate basic transmission facilities pursuant to sections 64.1401 and 64.1402 of 47 C.F.R. (Expanded Interconnection) as of August 1, 1996.

Eligible Equipment for Collocation. 6.1 SBC-13STATE will allow Equipment to be collocated only if (1) it is "necessary" for interconnection to the SBC- 13STATE's network for the transmission and routing of telephone exchange service or exchange access, or for access to SBC-13STATE's unbundled network elements ("UNEs") for the provision of a Telecommunications Service, under all the standards and requirements addressed in this Section 6, or (2) SBC-13STATE voluntarily decides to allow the Equipment to be collocated on a non-discriminatory basis.

Eligible Equipment for Collocation. 12.4.1 of (a) Requesting Carrier may Collocate equipment necessary for Interconnection with Ameritech or access to Ameritech’s unbundled Network Elements and any equipment necessary for the foregoing purposes if such equipment has built-in switching or routing features and functions or enhanced services functionalities. Requesting Carrier shall not Collocate equipment that is not necessary for either access to Ameritech’s unbundled Network Elements or for Interconnection, including equipment used exclusively for switching or for enhanced services. Further, Requesting Carrier (and, for Shared Caged Collocation, Resident Collocators) may not Collocate cross-connect panels or cross-connect blocks in quantities greater than Collocated equipment will support (individually or in the aggregate). As used in this “built-in” means that a single piece of equipment has multiple functions (e.g. multiplexing and switching) but specifically does not permit Requesting Carrier to Collocate equipment that has stand-alone switching or enhanced service functionality that is then connected in Ameritech’s Premises to other equipment necessary for Interconnection with Ameritech or access to Ameritech’s unbundled Network Elements. Equipment necessary for Interconnection with Ameritech and access to Ameritech’s unbundled Network Elements includes: OLTM equipment; Multiplexers, including asynchronous transfer mode (“ATM”) multiplexers;

  • Additional Equipment Additional Equipment may from time to time be added as the subject matter of this Agreement as agreed on by the parties. Any additional property will be added in an amendment describing the property, the monthly rental, security deposit, and stipulated loss value of the additional Equipment. All amendments must be in writing and signed by both parties. Other than by this amendment procedure, this Agreement may not be amended, modified, or altered in any manner except in writing signed by both parties.

  • Supplies and Equipment The Union and employees will not use state-purchased supplies or equipment to conduct union business or representational activities. This does not preclude the use of the telephone for representational activities if there is no cost to the Employer, the call is brief in duration and it does not disrupt or distract from the Employer’s business.

  • Leased Equipment The risk of loss or damage to leased equipment, goods or property shall not transfer to the University except as provided in §680.219, Florida Statutes. Any security interest in the leased equipment, goods or property granted to the Contractor contrary to AGO 79-72 and AGO 80-9 is null and void.   • Equipment, Etc Each Grantor shall, (i) within ten (10) days after a written request by the Administrative Agent, in the case of Equipment now owned, and (ii) following a request by the Administrative Agent pursuant to subclause (i) above, within ten (10) days after acquiring any other Equipment, deliver to the Administrative Agent, any and all certificates of title, and applications therefor, if any, of such Equipment and shall cause the Administrative Agent to be named as lienholder on any such certificate of title and applications. No Grantor shall permit any such items to become a fixture to real estate or an accession to other personal property unless such real estate or personal property is the subject of a fixture filing (as defined in the UCC) creating a first priority perfected Lien in favor of the Administrative Agent.

  • Location of Equipment The Customer shall not remove the Equipment from the location shown herein as the place of use of the equipment, without prior written approval of the Company. The Customer shall inform the Company by email upon demand of the exact location of the Equipment while it is in the Customer’s possession.
