You may include Microsoft trademarks, logos, and designs, for which Microsoft grants you a limited license to use for the sole purposes of submitting an entry into this Contest; and • Your entry may NOT contain, as determined by us in our sole and absolute discretion, any content that is obscene or offensive, violent, defamatory, disparaging or illegal, or that promotes alcohol, illegal drugs, tobacco or a particular political agenda, or that communicates messages that may reflect negatively on the goodwill of Microsoft.

While some of the contest award categories are open to all entrants without restriction, many category awards may include more strict entry requirements, including the earning of pre-requisite Microsoft competencies.   • Student Eligibility A. The Texas Success Initiative (TSI) requires mandatory assessment for all students to determine college readiness in reading, writing and math. The xxxx authorizes the Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board to prescribe assessment instruments with a statewide passing standard. The initiative allows an institution to determine when a student is ready to perform college‐level coursework. High School students who seek to register in a dual credit course, which will grant college credit must prove “college readiness” by achieving a college level score as outlined in Appendix A.

  • Service Eligibility A bonus authorized by subsection (a) may be paid to a person or offi- cer only if the person or officer agrees under subsection (d)—

The actual speeds experienced by customers may vary and depend on several factors, including, but not limited to, customer location, destination on the Internet, traffic on the Internet, interference with a high frequency spectrum on the customer’s telephone line, and other devices that may be attached to the same cable pair. No minimum level of speed is guaranteed.

  • Delivery of Service 8.1 The LICENSEE shall commission the Applicable Systems within one year from the effective date of the Licence. The date of Test Certificate issued by Telecom Engineering Centre of DOT will be reckoned as the date of commissioning the service for the purpose of calculating liquidated damage charges in terms of Condition 35 Part V. However, the LICENSEE may start providing service to customers at any time without the need of specific approval of the Licensor.

  • Interconnection Customer Compensation for Actions During Emergency Condition The CAISO shall compensate the Interconnection Customer in accordance with the CAISO Tariff for its provision of real and reactive power and other Emergency Condition services that the Interconnection Customer provides to support the CAISO Controlled Grid during an Emergency Condition in accordance with Article 11.6.
