Eligible Applicant i. The tenders for this contract will be considered only from those tenderers {proprietorship firms, partnership firms, companies, corporations, consortia or joint ventures (JV hereinafter)} who meet requisite eligibility criteria prescribed in the sub-clauses of Clause 1.2
Eligible Applicant. Any rancher, xxxxxx or political subdivision within a designated drought-distressed area that is experiencing an inadequate sup- ply of water due to drought.
