Eligibility to Receive Leave. 1. A LEOFF II member or Civilian Dispatcher may receive leave under this agreement if the member suffers an illness, injury or impairment which has caused or is likely to cause the member to go on leave without pay, or which may cause the member to be terminated from City employment.

  • ELIGIBILITY TO BID 2.1 The bidder must be 18 years old and above, sound mind and not declared as bankrupt.

  • Eligibility for Leave All regular full-time employees shall be eligible for paid leave. Further, all regular part-time employees shall receive paid leave on a ration of paid leave time accrued to the number of hours worked in the work week. All non-regular part-time, temporary, and seasonal employees will not be eligible to receive paid leave.

  • General Eligibility i. A teacher who received an evaluation rating of ineffective or improvement necessary in the prior school year is not eligible for any salary increase and remains at their prior year salary.

  • Benefits Eligibility The City offers healthcare benefits to regularly appointed full-time and part-time employees and their qualified dependents. The plan is administered in compliance with all applicable federal, state, local laws, statutes and rules.
