Eligibility to Apply. A bargaining unit member is eligible for consideration for Sabbatical/Professional Development Leave if, as of February 1 preceding the academic year for which the leave is sought, the member:
Eligibility to Apply. To be eligible to apply for phased retirement, employees must be eligible to apply for unreduced retirement (minimum age 55, minimum 25 years of service, age plus service 85 points or greater).

The fractional level of employment will remain the same during the period of Sabbatical as it was during the qualifying period.
