Eligibility Requirements Control. The eligibility requirements described in this Contract and on the Application for coverage will at all times control and no other coverage will be permitted unless the Health Insurance Marketplace notifies AvMed of the change and AvMed has agreed, in writing to the change in advance or, if applicable, in accordance with AvMed’s agreement with the Health Insurance Marketplace.
