Eligibility of Employees Hereafter Qualified. Employees shall throughout the life of this Trust Agreement and Plan, become and remain eligible upon such conditions and for such periods as the Directors shall determine and establish by resolution. The Directors may by resolution, change or amend, or otherwise modify, in whole or in part, such eligibility resolution or resolutions.
