ELIGIBILITY FOR SENIORITY ENTITLEMENT. The seniority of each regular employee covered by this Agreement will be established after a probationary period of one hundred and twenty (120) calendar days, or sixty (60) days worked, whichever comes first, after which an employee's seniority shall be backdated to the employee's first day of employment as a regular employee.
ELIGIBILITY FOR SENIORITY ENTITLEMENT. (a) For the purpose of this Agreement "seniority" shall only apply to an employee who has completed their probationary period.

The employer shall meet with the probationary employee every thirty (30) days to review job performance. Upon successful completion of initial probation, an employee will be credited with seniority from the initial date of hire. Except as otherwise specified during initial probation, all other terms and conditions of this Agreement apply.
