Eligibility for Leave All regular full-time employees shall be eligible for paid leave. Further, all regular part-time employees shall receive paid leave on a ration of paid leave time accrued to the number of hours worked in the work week. All non-regular part-time, temporary, and seasonal employees will not be eligible to receive paid leave.
Disability Leave of Absence Section 37.1 Leave Without Pay A member incurring any disability not duty-connected after he has exhausted all of the paid leave to which he is entitled and has accumulated, may be granted a leave without pay for a period not to exceed three (3) months, subject to approval and to the following provisions:

Application for Leave of Absence 25.01 All leaves of absence without pay and any extension thereof must be applied for in writing to the Mayor or his designee, on forms supplied by the Employer, at least ten (10) working days prior to the proposed commencement of the leave except in serious or unusual circumstances, as determined by the Employer.
