Eligibility for funding. The section on eligibility determines how eligibility to be funded can depend upon citizenship within the European Union or the European Economic Area (EEA). Eligibility for funding. 4.1 During the continuance of this Agreement the Recipient must, at all times, ensure that Social Workers accessing, or intending to access Programmes, meet the eligibility criteria set out in Schedule 1 (Eligibility Criteria) and the Scheme.

To be eligible for funding under CERCLA section 128(a), a state or tribe must: • Demonstrate that their response program includes, or is taking reasonable steps to include, the four elements of a response program, described below; or (b) be a party to voluntary response program Memorandum of Agreement (VRP MOA) 5 with EPA; AND • Maintain and make available to the public a record of sites at which response actions have been completed in the previous year and are planned to be addressed in the upcoming year, see CERCLA section 128(b)(1)(C). Matching Funds/Cost-Share With the exception of the section 128(a) funds a state or tribe uses to capitalize a Brownfields Revolving Loan Fund under CERCLA section 104(k)(3), states and tribes are not required to provide matching funds for grants awarded under section 128(a). Eligibility for funding from the Texas Events Trust Fund KAABOO and ACVB in good faith represent that this Agreement is an “event support contract” as referred to in TAC Rule § 184.23(c), and that the Event forming the basis of this Agreement is eligible for funding from the Texas Events Trust Fund pursuant to Texas law, including TAC Rule § 184.21(a). In no event shall this Agreement require, obligate or compel the Governor’s Office to perform any act not required by law. In this regard, the parties understand that, under TAC Rule § 184.21(a), the Event forming the basis of this Agreement is eligible for participation in the Texas Events Trust Fund program only if: (1) a site selection organization selects a site in Texas for the event to be held one time or, for an event scheduled to be held each year for a period of years under an event support contract, one time each year for the period of years, after considering, through a highly competitive selection process, one or more sites that are not located in this state; (2) a site selection organization selects a site in Texas as: (A) the sole site for the event; or (B) the sole site for the event in a region composed of Texas and one or more adjoining states; and (3) the event will not be held more than once a calendar year in Texas or an adjoining state.
