Eligibility for Benefits from January 1, 1975 to June 30, 1987. As and from January 1, 1975, those employees who were participating members of the Pension Plan prior to January 1, 1975, shall automatically be eligible for all benefits accruing as hereinafter outlined up to and including June 30, 1987. As and from January 1, 1975, all other present and future employees shall be eligible for benefits accruing effective from the first (1st) day of the month following completion of one hundred and thirty-two (132) days of work in any twelve (12) month period up to and including June 30, 1987.

  • Supplemental Employment Benefit for Maternity and Parental Leave 8.5.1 Effective April 1, 2002, when on maternity or parental leave, an employee will receive a supplemental payment added to Employment Insurance benefits as follows:

  • Eligibility for Benefits A member will not be eligible to receive Long Term Disability benefits until their Income Protection benefits have expired.

  • Pension Contributions While on Short Term Disability Contributions for OMERS Plan Members When an employee/plan member is on short-term sick leave and receiving less than 100% of regular salary, the Board will continue to deduct and remit OMERS contributions based on 100% of the employee/plan member’s regular pay.

  • Full Employer Contribution - Basic Eligibility Employees covered by this Agreement who are scheduled to work at least seventy-five (75) percent of the time are eligible for the full Employer Contribution. This means:

  • Transition to Retirement 24.1 An Employee may advise their Employer in writing of their intention to retire within the next five years and participate in a retirement transition arrangement.

For each covered consultant Contract in effect at any time between the preceding April 1st through March 31st fiscal year or for the period of time such Contract was in effect during such prior State fiscal year Contractor reports the:
