Common use of Elevator Service Clause in Contracts

Elevator Service. Landlord shall provide necessary ---------------- elevator facilities on Mondays through Fridays excepting legal holidays from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and on Saturdays from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. (such hours on such days being referred to as "business days") and have at least one elevator serving the Premises in operation available for Tenant's non-exclusive use at all other times.

Elevator Service. Landlord shall agrees to provide necessary ---------------- elevator facilities service except on Mondays Legal Holidays and Sundays, as follows: Freight 1 Elevator Monday through Fridays excepting legal holidays from 8:00 a.m. Friday, 7:00 A.M. to 6:00 p.m. 5:00 P.M. Passenger 2 Elevators Monday through Friday, 7:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. (or to 6:30 P.M. if and on Saturdays from 8:00 a.m. when Tenant adjusts its class schedules to 1:00 p.m. (require such hours on such days being referred to as "business days") and have at least one elevator serving the Premises in operation available for Tenant's non-exclusive use at all other timesservice).
