Elevator Access. If the Student or an Occupant has mobility or agility disabilities, the Student may nonetheless request and or accept an assignment to a unit located above the ground floor. However, elevators do occasionally malfunction and may be out of order for an extended period, and inconveniences may occur. The University will take action to repair any malfunctioning equipment promptly, but it shall not be responsible for service disruptions which limit access to the Premises.

Elevator Access. Landlord shall provide passenger elevator service to the Premises during all working days (Saturday, Sunday and Holidays excepted) from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., with a minimum of one elevator (which may be a freight elevator) subject to call at all other times. Tenant and its employees and agents shall have access to the Premises at all times, subject to compliance with such security measures as shall be in effect for the Building. Elevator services for freight shall be supplied in common with service to other tenants and for other Building requirements at reasonable times during Business Hours for routine deliveries in the ordinary course of Tenant’s business. Unusual or unusually large deliveries requiring use of the freight elevators shall be scheduled in advance with Landlord so as not to interfere with the operations of the Building or other tenants. Freight elevator service outside of Business Hours shall be provided to Tenant upon reasonable written advance notice, provided that Landlord reserves the right to impose charges equal to Landlord’s estimated cost for providing such service from time to time, which shall be payable by Tenant to Landlord not later than twenty (20) days after Landlord’s xxxx therefor.

Elevator Access. Following the written request of Tenant, Landlord will modify the elevators serving the floors on which the Premises are located to limit access to any floor fully occupied by Tenant by programming such elevators to require an access card issued by Landlord to access such fully occupied floor.

  • Elevator Landlord shall provide passenger elevator facilities on business days from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and shall have one elevator in the bank of elevators servicing the Premises available at all other times.

  • Elevator Service If the Building is equipped with elevators, Landlord, during Normal Business Hours of Building, shall furnish elevator service to Tenant to be used in common with others. At least one elevator shall remain in service during all other hours. Landlord may designate a specific elevator for use as a service elevator.

  • Elevators Landlord shall provide passenger elevator service during normal business hours to Tenant in common with Landlord and all other tenants. Landlord shall provide limited passenger service at other times, except in case of an emergency.

  • User Access Transfer Agent shall have a process to promptly disable access to Fund Data by any Transfer Agent personnel who no longer requires such access. Transfer Agent will also promptly remove access of Fund personnel upon receipt of notification from Fund.

  • Site Access Dell requires the right to access the APEX System in a timely way and as provided in the Service Offering Description to provide the Support Services. Failure to ensure that Customer provides Dell with timely access to a Site will relieve Dell of the Support Services obligations and Dell may also, at Dell’s discretion, suspend the APEX Service.

  • Landlord’s Access Landlord shall be entitled at all reasonable times and upon reasonable notice to enter the Premises to examine them and to make such repairs, alterations, or improvements thereto as Landlord is required by this Lease to make or which Landlord considers necessary or desirable; provided, Landlord shall comply with all law in respect of any such entry; Landlord may require Tenant provide an accompanying staff member or employee with any such entry; Landlord will honor any specifically closed-off areas as may be required by law for security and safety; but Landlord may nonetheless act as prudent and necessary in case of emergency. Tenant shall not unduly obstruct any pipes, conduits, or mechanical or other electrical equipment so as to prevent reasonable access thereto. Landlord shall exercise its rights under this section, to the extent possible in the circumstances, in such manner so as to reduce, if practical, interference with Tenant’s use and enjoyment of the Premises. Subject to the foregoing, Landlord and its agents have the right to enter the Premises at all reasonable times and upon reasonable notice to show them to prospective purchasers, lenders, or anyone having a prospective interest in the Buildings, and, during the last six (6) months of the Term or any renewal thereof, to show them to prospective tenants. Landlord will have the right at all times to enter the Premises with Tenant or licensed individual(s) on behalf of the Tenant to escort the Landlord in the event of an emergency affecting the Premises, subject to any applicable limitations required by the Marijuana Code or any other applicable regulations. Although Landlord shall not have the right to place “For Lease” signs in the Premises, or upon the exterior of the Premises itself, nothing herein shall limit Landlord’s rights to promote, advertise, place “For Lease” signs or otherwise market leasing of the Property in whatever lawful manner Landlord may elect, as long as such manner(s) do not materially interfere with the Premises.

  • Tenant Access Landlord, in Landlord’s reasonable discretion and upon receipt of a written request from Tenant, may grant Tenant a license to have access to the Premises prior to the Completion Date to allow Tenant to do other work required by Tenant to make the Premises ready for Tenant’s use and (the “Tenant’s Pre-Occupancy Work”). It shall be a condition to the grant by Landlord and continued effectiveness of such license that:

  • HVAC A. Heating, ventilating and air conditioning equipment will be provided with sufficient capacity to accommodate a maximum population density of one (1) person per one hundred fifty (150) square feet of useable floor area served, and a combined lighting and standard electrical load of 3.0 xxxxx per square foot of useable floor area. In the event Tenant introduces into the Premises personnel or equipment which overloads the system’s ability to adequately perform its proper functions, Landlord shall so notify Tenant in writing and supplementary system(s) may be required and installed by Landlord at Tenant’s expense, if within fifteen (15) days Tenant has not modified its use so as not to cause such overload. Operating criteria of the basic system shall not be less than the following:

  • Internet Access Data and information may be made electronically accessible to the Company through Internet access to one or more links provided by the Administrator or a sub-administrator (“Web Link”). All rights in Web Link (including text and “look and feel” attributes) are owned by the sub-administrator. Any commercial use of the content or any other aspect of Web Link requires the written permission of the sub-administrator. Use of the Web Link by the Company will be subject to any terms of use set forth on the web site.
