Elementary Specialist Schedules. ‌ Each elementary building staff shall include an elementary specialist in any discussion regarding the creation or modification of master schedules at elementary buildings to ensure adequate transition and break times between sections.

Elementary Specialist Schedules. Elementary specialists will be consulted on the development of building planning time schedules. In the event of an inequity in elementary specialist sections between school buildings, and when additional sections are necessary at one school building without additional cost to the District, elementary specialists will be asked as a group to suggest reassignments or other solutions to improve the fairness and equity of workloads between specialists. Building principals retain the authority to set the final assignments and schedules at each building. SECTION U. Support for Serving Students with Disabilities When general education employees need additional information, strategies or other support for serving students with disabilities, the employee shall consult first with special education teachers or ESA specialists, and then the building administrator. The building administrator, in conjunction with the Supervisor of Special Education or designee, will meet with the involved employee to seek an appropriate remedy to the situation.

  • Voltage Schedules Once the Developer has synchronized the Large Generating Facility with the New York State Transmission System, NYISO shall require Developer to operate the Large Generating Facility to produce or absorb reactive power within the design capability of the Large Generating Facility set forth in Article 9.5.1 (Power Factor Design Criteria). NYISO’s voltage schedules shall treat all sources of reactive power in the New York Control Area in an equitable and not unduly discriminatory manner. NYISO shall exercise Reasonable Efforts to provide Developer with such schedules in accordance with NYISO procedures, and may make changes to such schedules as necessary to maintain the reliability of the New York State Transmission System. Developer shall operate the Large Generating Facility to maintain the specified output voltage or power factor at the Point of Interconnection within the design capability of the Large Generating Facility set forth in Article 9.5.1 (Power Factor Design Criteria) as directed by the Connecting Transmission Owner’s System Operator or the NYISO. If Developer is unable to maintain the specified voltage or power factor, it shall promptly notify NYISO.

  • Operating and Maintenance Manuals 58.1 If “as built” Drawings and/or operating and maintenance manuals are required, the Contractor shall supply them by the dates stated in the Contract Data.

  • Weighing and Scaling Costs Purchaser agrees to pay for all weighing costs for logs delivered regardless if logs are purchased on a weight or scale basis. In addition, Purchaser agrees to pay for all scaling costs for logs delivered on a scale basis. Purchaser also agrees to pay for all costs associated with the transmission and reporting of scale or weight data.

  • Geological and Archeological Specimens If, during the execution of the Work, the Contractor, any Subcontractor, or any servant, employee, or agent of either should uncover any valuable material or materials, such as, but not limited to, treasure trove, geological specimens, archival material, archeological specimens, or ore, the Contractor acknowledges that title to the foregoing is vested in the Owner. The Contractor shall notify the Owner upon the discovery of any of the foregoing, shall take reasonable steps to safeguard it, and seek further instruction from the Design Professional. Any additional cost incurred by the Contractor shall be addressed under the provision for changed conditions. The Contractor agrees that the Geological and Water Resources Division and the Historic Preservation Division of the Georgia Department of Natural Resources may inspect the Work at reasonable times.

  • Outage Schedules The Connecting Transmission Owner shall post scheduled outages of its transmission facilities on the NYISO OASIS. Developer shall submit its planned maintenance schedules for the Large Generating Facility to Connecting Transmission Owner and NYISO for a minimum of a rolling thirty-six month period. Developer shall update its planned maintenance schedules as necessary. NYISO may direct, or the Connecting Transmission Owner may request, Developer to reschedule its maintenance as necessary to maintain the reliability of the New York State Transmission System. Compensation to Developer for any additional direct costs that the Developer incurs as a result of rescheduling maintenance, including any additional overtime, breaking of maintenance contracts or other costs above and beyond the cost the Developer would have incurred absent the request to reschedule maintenance, shall be in accordance with the NYISO OATT. Developer will not be eligible to receive compensation, if during the twelve (12) months prior to the date of the scheduled maintenance, the Developer had modified its schedule of maintenance activities other than at the direction of the NYISO or request of the Connecting Transmission Owner.

  • Hours of Work and Scheduling Provisions (b) In the event an Employee is scheduled to work on the evening or night Shift(s) on the day(s) or the night Shift commencing on the day(s) on which the Employee is called as a juror or witness in matters arising out of the Employee’s employment with the Employer, the Employee shall be granted a leave of absence for those scheduled Shift(s).

  • Annexes, Appendices and Footnotes The annexes, appendices and footnotes to this Agreement constitute an integral part of this Agreement.

  • Technical Characteristics The Participating Generator has provided to the CAISO in Schedule 1 the required information regarding the capacity and operating characteristics of each of the Generating Units listed in that schedule. Pursuant to Sections 8.9 and 8.10 of the CAISO Tariff, the CAISO may verify, inspect and test the capacity and operating characteristics provided in Schedule 1.
