Element 5. Right-of-Way Acquisition Acquisitions for the GF200, Crossing 21, and Site J Saddle project are complete. There are no acquisitions for the 500-year project. TRLIA has submitted all documentation required to support transfer of the lands to the State and is awaiting State action.
Element 5. Right-of-Way Acquisition (Post Addition to SPFC) Previous Quarter. Acquisition of the Xxxxxxx property was completed. Current Quarter. TRLIA continued meeting with anticipated impacted property owners. Many of the property owners were anxious about property valuations, so TRLIA began appraisals on some of the potentially impacted properties to respond to those concerns. No acquisitions will be made prior to TRLIA completing the project CEQA documentation. Next Quarter. TRLIA will continue discussions with property owners.

  • Configuration Management The Contractor shall maintain a configuration management program, which shall provide for the administrative and functional systems necessary for configuration identification, control, status accounting and reporting, to ensure configuration identity with the UCEU and associated cables produced by the Contractor.   • Network Interconnection Architecture Each Party will plan, design, construct and maintain the facilities within their respective systems as are necessary and proper for the provision of traffic covered by this Agreement.   • Configuration The configuration for the Purchase Right Aircraft will be the Detail Specification for Model 767-3S2F aircraft at the revision level in effect at the time of the Supplemental Agreement.
