Common use of ELECTRONIC VERIFICATION Clause in Contracts

ELECTRONIC VERIFICATION. 18.1 ARCHITECT/ENGINEER shall use an electronic verification system to determine the work eligibility status of any new employees physically performing services within the State of Nebraska, as required pursuant to Neb. Rev. Stat. §§4-108 to 4-114 as of the effective date of this Contract, or as such law may be amended from time-to-time. Compliance with these Nebraska statutes shall be considered a material term of this Agreement.
