Electronic Terminals. If Merchant provides its own Point-of-Sale electronic terminal or similar device (“POS Terminal”), such POS Terminals must comply with, and meet all requirements set forth by, Bank, NMS or any applicable processor, and directives set forth by the PCI-SSC as amended from time to time, in order to submit Transactions. Information regarding a sales or credit Transaction transmitted with a POS Terminal will be transmitted by Merchant to Bank or applicable Processing Host in the format Bank from time to time specifies or is required under the Rules.
