Electronic Technicians Tuition Reimbursement. To meet the unique technical training needs of Electronic Technicians Article 37, Section 37.03 (1) and (2) may be waived for job related courses. Maximum reimbursement for any course will be 50% of tuition fees not to exceed $150. Employees must submit proof of successful completion of the course. All other requirements of Article 37 and the Highway Patrol tuition reimbursement policy shall apply.

  • Tuition Reimbursement Program 21.2.1 The District will fund $28,000 each fiscal year for incentive pay for employees pursuing their National Board Certification, a master’s degree, or an endorsement.
