Electronic Statements and Notices. If you enroll to receive eStatements or disclosures, documentation, and other communications concerning your Eligible Accounts (“Notices”) electronically, statements or Notices, as applicable, for your Eligible Accounts will be available only through the Business Online Banking Service. Your consent to receive eStatements covers the account statement for the Eligible Accounts you designate within the Business Online Banking Service. Your consent to receive Notices electronically covers any disclosures, agreements, documentation, and other communications from the Bank for the Eligible Accounts you designate within the Business Online Banking Service. The Bank will discontinue mailing such account statements and may discontinue mailing Notices to your address of record. You agree to be bound by any and all laws, rules, regulations and official issuances applicable to eStatements now existing or which may hereafter be enacted, issued or enforced. We will send you notice via e-mail when a new document is available for review. Notice will be sent shortly after the end of your statement period and will provide instructions on how to access your eStatement or Notice. This is the only notice you receive of the availability of your eStatement or Notice online. We will archive electronic statements and Notices for your Eligible Accounts for a rolling 18 months, regardless of when you enroll. Your receipt of e-Statements or Notices does not in any way alter your obligation to promptly review your transaction history. You must promptly access/review your e-Statement or Notices and any accompanying items and notify us immediately of any error, unauthorized transaction, or any other irregularity. The error resolution provisions in the Business Account Agreement set out the timelines for reporting errors contained on your account statement. At any time, you may request a paper copy of your account statement or any disclosure. Paper copies may be acquired by contacting us by phone at 0-000-000-0000, by mail at Washington Federal, Attn: Client Care Center, 000 Xxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxxxx, Xxxxxxxxxx 00000, by requesting through the Business Online Banking Service (for account statements only), or by visiting your local branch. Fees may apply to requests for paper copies of your account statement (see the Business Fee Schedule). There is no fee for printed copies of disclosures.

Electronic Statements and Notices. You may have the option to have statements and notices regarding this account provided to you in an electronic form, including to a designated e-mail address, through an online banking portal, or other electronic method, upon your authorization. The authorization may be withdrawn at any time to return to a mailed paper form by providing written notice to us at the address provided. The fees for receiving in either form, and for receiving paper copies, are described in your Disclosures. In order to receive your account information in an electronic form, the receiving system may have to meet specific requirements. We will keep you informed of any change to the minimum hardware or software requirements.
Electronic Statements and Notices. Electronic statements offer you a convenient way to view, save and print your periodic statements and notices. If you elect to receive electronic statements and notices, we may discontinue sending paper statements or notices, and make periodic statements and notices available to you in electronic form only. You will be deemed to receive electronic statements when they are made available to you. Any time periods within which you must notify us of any problems or errors reflected on your statement(s) will begin on the date we make the electronic statement available to you, regardless of when it is actually viewed by you. We reserve the right to determine from time to time, which Accounts are eligible for electronic statements. A valid email address is required, if you fail to maintain a valid email address with us, you acknowledge and agree that any electronic statement shall nevertheless be deemed to have been provided to you if emailed to the email address we have on file for you. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to discontinue providing statements in electronic form. If you receive images of checks or receive canceled checks with your paper statements, you understand that paper copies of these items will not be available once you elect to receive electronic statements. Electronic images of these items will be available for a limited time, subject to system limitations, through the system. You agree to periodically log on and check on the delivery of new statements. If you cannot access, print or view your electronic statements, you must immediately contact us to make alternate arrangements.

This Agreement is subject to Article 4A of the Uniform Commercial Code - Funds Transfers as adopted in the state of Oklahoma. If you send or receive a wire transfer, you agree that Fedwire® Funds Service may be used. Federal Reserve Board Regulation J is the law that covers transactions made over Fedwire® Funds Service. When you originate a funds transfer for which Fedwire® Funds Service is used, and you identify by name and number a beneficiary financial institution, an intermediary financial institution or a beneficiary, we and every receiving or beneficiary institution may rely on the identifying number to make payment. We may rely on the number even if it identifies a financial institution, person or account other than the one named. If you are a party to an Automated Clearing House ("ACH") entry, you agree that we may transmit an entry through the ACH, and you agree to be bound by the National Automated Clearing House Association ("Nacha") Operating Rules and Guidelines, the rules of any local ACH, and the rules of any other systems through which the entry is made. PROVISIONAL PAYMENT. Credit we give you is provisional until we receive final settlement for that entry. If we do not receive final settlement, you agree that we are entitled to a refund of the amount credited to you in connection with the entry, and the party making payment to you via such entry (i.e., the originator of the entry) shall not be deemed to have paid you in the amount of such entry.

Electronic Statements and Notices. You have the right to receive a paper statement for any account that you access electronically and you may elect to electroni cally access account statements and notices (“eStatements”) as detailed below. Your selected documents will be delivered to your online banking service and will be presented in a format that you can view online, save to your computer, or print at your convenience. Once you enroll in the electronic presentment of any document and agree to the additional eStatement Terms and Conditions, you will no longer receive paper versions of the selected documents unless you specifically request it.
