Common use of Electronic Monitoring Clause in Contracts

Electronic Monitoring. The Sector reserves the right to modify/update their At-Sea 10 Monitoring Program in the event that Electronic Monitoring (EM) is approved by 11 the Agency during the fishing year upon the discretion of the Sectors Board of 12 Directors. Upon approval by the Agency and subsequently the Sectors Board of 13 Directors, EM may be adopted by some or all Sector Vessels in accordance with EM 14 standards.

Electronic Monitoring. The Sector reserves the right to modify/update their At-Sea 10 26 Monitoring Program in the event that Electronic Monitoring (EM) is approved by 11 27 the Agency during the fishing year upon the discretion of the Sectors Board of 12 28 Directors.
