Any 911/E-911-related data exchanged between the Parties prior to the availability of an electronic interface shall conform to Verizon standards, whereas 911/E-911-related data exchanged electronically shall conform to the National Emergency Number Association standards (“NENA”). Z-Tel may also use the electronic interface, where available, to query the 911/E-911 database to verify the accuracy of Z- Tel Customer information.

Electronic Interface. 5.1.1 PACIFIC shall provide an interim electronic interface known as Network Data Mover ("NDM)" for transferring and receiving all Service Orders and related information such as Firm Order Confirmations (FOC), Jeopardies, 60 Attachment 5 10 Rejects, Simple and Complex Completions. The NDM shall be administered through a gateway that will serve as a single point of contact for the transmission of data from CLEC to PACIFIC, and from PACIFIC to CLEC. The requirements and implementation of such a data transfer system are/will be set forth in Attachment 11 and are incorporated by this reference as though fully set forth herein.
